Paid Survey Myths and Facts

Shouts No Comments »

Countless numbers of people are trying to find a way to make some extra cash on the internet everyday , it is no surprise that paid online survey sites are being launched each day. With so many survey sites out there (some good, some bad) it’s hard to know what to believe. So let’s explore the ins and outs, and the myths and facts of paid surveys. I’ve composed a list of common misconceptions about Paid surveys and answers to help you come to a better understanding about paid surveys. Let’s start with the basics and then get into the details about online paid surveys.

Myth 1: Online Paid Surveys Aren’t for Real
Fact: Paid Surveys are for real. There are several hundred legitimate market research companies out there who will pay you for filling out surveys. Companies have employed these researchers to get public opinions on their offerings and are willing to spend lots of money to find out what consumers think. These research companies then compensate you. One such legitimate market research company is Ipsos. You can join their Ipsos i-Say Survey Panel for free and take surveys for cash and prizes.

Myth 2: Paid Surveys are only for US and Canada
Fact: Those who live in the USA do get the most survey invitations, but you can take surveys from almost any country . In addition to Canada, UK Paid Surveys are available. Other popular countries that offer paid surveys are New Zealand and Australia as well as Germany, Spain and Italy.

Myth 3: Survey Companies only offer Rewards - Your Can’t Get Cash Payments Anymore.
Fact: This is partially true. As the economy has tightened worldwide , many companies are reducing their market research budgets . Research firms, in an attempt to increase the number of participants, have gone to offering more non-cash payouts than in years past. But incentives vary for each site, and it is still possible to find paid surveys that offer cash only payouts. Quite often , however, you will see the incentives take the following forms: gift certificates, merchandise (electronic gadgets, cookware, sporting goods, DVD’s, etc.), and charity donations. Each survey site will offer one or several of the above incentives for your participation in their surveys. Some will offer these straight out, for example “get paid $5.00 to take this survey.” Some offer these in the form of a drawing and still others have a point system in which accumulated points can be “cashed in” for cash rewards.

Myth 4: You have to Pay for a Database of Paid Survey Sites if you want to Make any Real Money
Fact: You DO have to sign up with a lot of survey companies in order to maximize your survey opportunities , but you don’t have to pay for one of those database sites. In fact, market research firms are actually prohibited from charging money to participate in surveys and frown upon anyone who does charge such a fee. PaidSurveyMall is a free paid survey database site that gives you access to 400+ market research companies completely free of charge .

Myth 5: I Can Get Rich just by Taking Online Paid Surveys
Fact: Sorry, but no you can’t. In fact, you most likely won’t even be able to make a full time income from it. I’ve had many people ask me if it is possible to retire or quit their jobs by doing paid surveys. Sadly, that’s just not going to happen. Survey taking should be viewed as extra spending money, not a career. You can easily make enough extra cash to take the family out for dinner, play a few rounds of golf, spruce up the house or yard, or just save it for something special.

Survey taking is not going to make you rich, but it is a simple way to make a few extra bucks. If you decide to do it, I hope you find survey taking fun and profitable.

Top Reasons Why a Wireless Home Security System is Better

Shouts No Comments »

Today,  one can hardly walk down one’s own street without getting mobbed or leave one’s home without some kind of lock or a wireless home security system. Crime rates are increasing and homeowners are slowly beginning to see the necessity of investing in a good  home security system.  Here arethe top reasons why wireless home security is better than the traditional, wired ones.

1. Wireless security systems are user-friendly. Wireless security components areeasy to install and simple to use and operate. With a push of a button or key you can enable your wireless home security device to function.

2. This system is cost-effective. At these times you have to be economical and stick to a budget. The right price is equally as important as the right wireless home security you actually need.

3. It can be moved around. This is ideal homeowners who move around a lot. If you decide to transfer to a new home, you can bring your entire wireless home security system with you wherever it may be.

4. This system is more reliable compared to wired or traditional ones. Traditional alarm systems are easily cut and disabled.  However, with a wireless home security system, there are no wires to cut and disable.  Another advantage is that  this type of home security system is linked to a monitoring center by a cellular connection. There would also be a built in back up power system offering unmatched security.

5.  Wireless security system offers more security.  There is more security and peace of mind if you can easily monitor each family members at home even if you are somewhere else with just the use of your mobile phone. You have the full control to remotely arm or disarm your alarm. Emails and SMS will be sent to you through activity alerts. You can even view recent activities that happened throughout the day through a video that monitors every space of your home.

How to Make Money With Your Blog Today

Shouts No Comments »

AdSense works best when there is fresh interesting content. It will match ads to your blog and give you a revenue each time you get a click on it. Ads relevant to the topic of your blog post are placed alongside it by Google. When visitors click on them and make a purchase, you are paid a small percentage of the total. Just select your ad placement and the wizard will walk you through customizing a banner, text or link to fit that spot. Text, images and offers are all preselected based on the images and content type you select.

Affiliate marketing is much easier because if you do article marketing, people would find your article from search engine and click to your blog. If you have more articles that they like, they might click on your affiliate link and buy a product you recommended. Affiliate programs are perfect for blogs. When you mention a product, you can link to it on a shopping site. Affiliate marketing, site flipping, advertising, ppc, adsense, etc, etc. What the heck do I do first?

Affiliate marketing is another great way to make money by blogging. Most companies have an affiliate program , where they pay people to advertise their product online. Affiliate programs provide you with compensation when someone buys or signs up to something that you advertise. This is normally a set payment, although it can be a fluctuating amount.

Google also offer Adwords, however with Adsense, companies ads will be placed on your blog by Google. In the Adwords, you need to pay a minimum of $50 as a fee to display your own ad on other website. Google will pay you for every thousand impressions of an ad that you get, which is great right? People look at your blog, you get paid because you let Google put ads on your blog. Google adsense cost per click rate is high than other sites. Another opportunity is by displaying ads on your site.

Bloggers should get tipped too! If you enjoyed this post, please offer me a tip! Bloggers advice that choosing a niche depends on 1 factor, your knowledge about the niche. They say that if you want to choose a niche, choose a niche that if someone wake you up at 3 a.m, you can write about the niche without having to do any research. Blogger is a great option for the newbie and you can host it with them. WordPress is a bit more complicated and must be hosted on your own domain, but it is by far my most favorite option for blogs.

Internet marketing can be even more important for a small business, as it is for a large company with a huge Google AdWords budget. This has created a demand for a new brand of Internet Marketers. Internet message boards and discussion groups are a great place to learn How to Make Money from Your Blog Content, and this is the place where many paid bloggers get their start. Here you can find the different websites that will pay you to host your own personal blog on their server, and you will also find companies that will simply buy the blog posts that you make, and post them on their own blogs.

Choosing the Right Kitchen Backsplash

Shouts No Comments »

When designing and selecting materials for your new kitchen backsplash, consider functionality along with beauty. Maintenance is a turnoff for many homeowners. Once installed, they want it to take care of themselves. Materials such as ceramic or porcelain tile, stainless steel, glass and stone can be crafted into beautiful backsplashes that require little or no maintenance. Altering how an older backsplash appears or designing one from scratch serves as a quick and efficient method of brightening up your kitchen without extensive work.

When selecting a kitchen backsplash, it is important to consider the kinds of fixtures, not appliances, you have in your kitchen. Since the appliances will be replaced over time, they are less essential to bear in mind. The fixtures, being more permanent items in the kitchen, are important to remember. A tile or tint of glass may match a paint color in the room, but if it clashes with the finish on a light or cabinet door fixture, the work will not look professionally done.

A desirable aspect concerning the use of tile as a backsplash is the large selection of colors, sizes, shapes and textures that are available. You could even request a custom painted tile job to match any design theme you have or want in your kitchen. Also, tile is easy to install and clean. Multiple experts of design suggest that if you have a tiled floor then you should choose the same tile for your kitchen backsplash in a smaller size. This simplifies things if you have trouble making design decisions. Similarly, if you have a natural stone countertop, continuing the counter up the wall makes a simple, consistent backsplash in your kitchen. Stone does require occasional resealing, but the small amount of maintenance is made up for in the beauty of stone. For country kitchen styles, metal backsplashes work very well. Fixtures in the room should be noted when selecting appropriate metal tiles so they do not clash with one another.

Trendy choices are available, as well. Stainless steel backsplashes create a modern, sleek look in your kitchen. This might be one case where considering the appliances could be important. Stainless steel refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers are common and in style. Stainless steel backsplashes act to compliment these appliances. One fresh design trend used everywhere these days, including kitchen backsplashes, is glass. It is often a good decision to install glass tiles to extend all the way up to the cabinets from the counters. Glass is easy to maintain and is scratch resistant. With the numerous choices on the market, you should find no limitations in selecting just the right material and style for your kitchen.

The Benefits of Skin Needling

Shouts No Comments »

Collagen Induction Therapy is a procedure which often requires a trip to a specialist. However, skin needling or micro-needling is a type of collagen induction therapy which can be conducted by yourself in your own house, in your own time; this makes wrinkles less visible, reduces acne scarring and reduces stretch marks.

A common factor in the formation of scars, wrinkles, stretch marks and uneven skin is a lack of collagen. Using a skin roller encourages collagen production in the skin, which helps to reduce and even remove them.

Microneedling (skin needling) is a process carried out using a skin roller that is covered with lots of tiny needles. These needles break the uppermost layer of skin and gently separate the pores of the skin. This process has two significant bonuses; it effectively triggers collagen creation at the same time as allowing creams applied to the skin to be absorbed more effectively through the topmost layer (epidermis) of skin. Skin needling (microneedling) creates a very minor trauma which lasts for about an hour and doesn’t cause any broken skin or bleeding to occur in the treated area in the way that laser therapy or microdermabrasion do.

The microscopic punctures (which are often just the opening of the pores of your skin) caused by the skin needling, encourage collagen production in the second layer of skin and it creates the right environment for collagen and elastin formation. These key ingredients help the skin to cosmetically repair.

There are several alternatives to Micro Needling, and a lot of these require visits to a specialist. These include laser therapy and Micro-Dermabrasion. Using a Micro needling roller at home is generally much cheaper.

North Stradbroke Island - Straddie at Its Best

Shouts No Comments »

Sometimes known as Straddie by the locals, North Stradbroke Island is the postcard beach holiday. A little more than 30 km (19 miles) southeast of Brisbane and the Gold Coast, it is located at the south end of Moreton Bay. At 30 km (19 mile) long, it is one of the worlds grandest, offering clean beaches, a rugged coastline and inland freshwater lagoons.

It lost its aboriginal name of Minijerribah in 1827, when Captain H. J. Rous, or Viscount Dunwich, Commander of the HMS Rainbow, named the isle after his father the Earl of Stradbroke, the main town after his own title, and Rainbow Beach after his ship.

A group of three picturesque villages — Dunwich, Amity Point and Point Lookout — act as pleasant bases for many of the islands local and international visitors.

Dunwich was once a penal colony and quarantine station, and, as is often the case, its cemetery is a telling record of the islands interesting past. At Point Lookout, the aptly named Whale Rock is the best spot from which to scan the vast oceans in search of migrating humpback whales, dolphins and turtles.

In the 1960s, sand mining operations began to impact on the fragile island eco-system, but by the 1990s environmental issues came dominant and half of the island became a national park. Mining is still very active on the island, but mainly away in the restricted southern end.

Point Lookout on the eastern surf side of the island is a natural attraction. Spreading across Straddies single rocky headland it overlooks a set of bleached beaches. The western side enjoys the calmer waters of the bay and is safer for swimming. The island is famous for its fishing — with the annual Straddie Classic every August being one of Australias richest and best-known fishing contests.

Find affordable insurers for German Riester insurances

Shouts No Comments »

There are many insurers offering a so called Riester-Contract on the german market. Usually it is not easy for the customer to find the right insurance company that fits best with the own requirements. How can you find the right insurance for Riester covering your requirements at the best price? The following site offers a free Riester-insurance comparison: Riester Rente vergleichen. There you can order quickly the right Riester-Insurance offer from a great number of insurance companies.

For whom is a Riester-Insurance important? Each employed professional, who is not willing to rely on the national pension exclusively, should think about a Riester insurance. If you are looking for a Riester insurer in Germany, you should take into consideration some important points:

For all children born from 2008, the statesupport for Riester contracts has increased significantly. The sponsorship for children can be taken in addition to the basic allowance. This creates an additional incentive for parents to upgrade their own pensions by a Riester contract. The financial burden on your Riester contract consists of your own contribution and the state sponsorship, whereas the latter depends on marital status and number of children. In addition to the government aid you can also benefit from the possibility of tax deduction concerning your private contributions to the contract. Before choosing your German Riester-Insurance supplier, you should always ask for several offers. That can be done on the Internet: Riester Rente Vergleichsrechner. For all employees the additional retirement security in the form of the German Riester pension is very interesting. Also officials, judges and soldiers belong to the circle of beneficiaries of public support for Riester pension.

Since 2006 there apply the same contributions and the same benefits for men and women to new contracts. The state allowance for Riester pension insurance is granted only upon request. The insurance provider can provide for the application of the aid. The Riester pension is a very good complement to the statutory pension schemes on a voluntary basis and therefore an important component of your individual pensions. If your financial status should get worse over time, one important thing is that the private equity in your savings account is not subject to attachment. The legislature has created additional incentives for private pensions by the Riester pension reform and the related public support. Those public supports make it more easy for people with average income and for families with children to build an additional pension. Therefore those incentives for additional savings have been created.

Kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, oh my!

Shouts No Comments »

Two great rooms to remodel when you’re wanting to boost your home value are the kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is first, but bathrooms can also give you a good return on your money. No one likes a gross bathroom, and an outdated one is also rather off putting. If you don’t have a big budget you can start small and just replace some simple features like the medicine cabinet, bathroom vanity or perhaps add a mirrored medicine cabinet.

How about the kitchen? It’s pretty easy to have a discussion about kitchen islands furniture. Many islands are setup for extra eating spaces, with fancy bar stools for seating, a buffet area of sorts where a variety of yummy dishes can be placed. But today’s islands also offer the chef a wide range of options depending on their own cooking habits. My mother has her cooktop range on the island, along with a microwave, a a built in curio cabinet for displaying her favorite collectibles. Other islands I’ve seen have the dishwasher built in, and even appliances like ice makers, trash compactors and small refrigerators. Yes, if you wanted your oven there you could. There’s really no limit to the way you can design your island to meet your needs.

What if you just want to update the bedroom? Kids sleigh beds are a popular furniture piece in the bedrooms of many homes. They’ve been around for a long time. They are typically much larger than the standard bed frame, and would not be appropriate for a small bedroom, but large open spaces would be well suited for a piece like this.

Tips for free web content

Shouts No Comments »

Here’s an idea to generate an unending supply of free web content articles in just 17 minutes. Locate a free content directory like Find-an-Article. You’ll notice these websites break down the content into niche categories. Select the category that most closely matches your niche. For example, select articles on marketing when the website you are wanting to increase traffic to is in this area.

As the articles appear in English, copy & paste them into Google’s translator, convert them to Italian, copy & paste the text once again and convert this to Japanese, then convert this back to English. Be sure to correct any words for readability and confirm that the keywords and phrases you want to exploit remain intact.

Especially if you don’t know anything about the niche when you start, another great tip is to locate an article wizard program which rewrites free web content such as Instant Article Wizard. I’ve purchased and used many such programs. For the money and ease of use, IAW is the best I’ve found. You can create multiple unique articles on the same topic keywords in a few minutes. This offers you the ability to post to as many webpages as you want, submit to article directories as many times as you want and receive as much content about a topic as you want. The benefit to you is unique content, more pages indexed by MSN and more back links to your blogs.

When you have the ability to create quality articles, several doors open for you. You can create many niche blogs and continually post fresh content to them. Or, generate articles to submit to free content sites and get hundreds of back links to your own web sites. Another benefit is to get into the business of writing articles for other webmasters on any topic they choose. Your future is unlimited and up to you.

Niche Marketing For Online Success

Shouts No Comments »

Making money online can be a daunting task. When you’re first setting out you need to find someone you can trust who speaks sense and give great strategies on building an online business. Susan Owen-Thursfield at Octisage is one.

She advocates that when you’re hoping to make money online, you should ignore your instincts to cast a wide net in an attempt to grab everyone’s money. Instead of targeting a broad niche, you are more likely to find customers by drilling down within a profitable niche. You might think that by targeting a broad niche like personal development, you’d have more of a chance at success than someone who drills down in the niche for something more targeted like stop stress eating .

Not so! Whilst it is true that the number of potential prospects dwindle as you drill down into a niche. It’s also true that those who find a profitable micro niche market and expand from there are some of the most powerful marketers in today’s internet. This is because the more you hone in on your target audience, the more likely you are to find someone who is really ready and willing to spend money for a solution.

For example, someone who types the keyword golf into a search engine may just be looking for basic information - what the game is about, who won the latest tournament, or even online golf games. But someone who types in the brand name of a particular golf club is usually looking to hit the order button right then and there.

Think of your Internet Marketing empire as an inverted pyramid. Start with highly targeted narrow niche markets and build on that success. Your websites and promotional efforts can all be connected as time goes on, but you’ll find it easier to dominate a niche with one area already mastered.

It’s Possible To Visit Some Of The Most Popular Cartoon Characters In Southern California

Shouts No Comments »

Recently I’ve had the chance to visit some of the great theme parks in Southern California. One thing I found is that you can enter into the world of many favorite animated cartoon characters if you enjoy that sort of thing.

The first place we think of is Disneyland, the hangout for Mickey, Donald and all their buddies. Check out the SoCal Vacation Guru for useful information and tips from locals about a vacation at Disneyland. Nobody has done a better job of breathing life into  fictional characters than the Disney folks.

Knott’s Berry Farm is not far from Disneyland, and you can continue your movie star hunt by visiting Snoopy and the rest of the Peanuts clan. The Peanuts guys have been at Knott’s Berry Farm for quite awhile now and seem to feel at home there.

Hit Universal Studios Hollywood and you can find Spiderman, Betty Boop, the Flintstones, Woody Woodpecker and a squadron of other beloved Universal characters that have been at the heart of many television shows and famous movies. Pick up some useful information and tips about Universal Studios from the SoCal Vacation Guru.

Lastly, we drive up north a ways and stop at Six Flags Magic Mountain. The features that set this park apart from many others are the Six Flags roller coasters and thrill rides. But skulking around the place are the nutty characters of Warner Brothers cartoons, notably the Looney Tunes guys.

Porky is there, along with Daffy, Yosemite Sam, Tweety and the others. To provide additional fun for small children, there is an area set aside for them, with a strong emphasis on the characters (not everybody wants to just hit the roller coasters). It is fun for kids and adults alike to meet these well-behaved celebrities, and you can find them at various spots on the Mountain.

Easy Loan Applications

Shouts No Comments »

No matter how much we make per month, cash is, and will always be an issue. Our only option at this point, traditionally, was to pledge one of our investments against a loan. Such loans usually take a while before they are processed since they involve many credit checks and paperwork. Another conventional way of borrowing money was to ask a friend or relative to lend a hand. But, in this modern world, do you not want to keep your dignity? Lending money is always a boost to the ego whereas borrowing money is like letting someone else walk over you. In order to cope with shortages of cash in emergency situations and keep your dignity, financial institutions have specially designed short term loans called quick cash loans.

Quick cash loans are urgent, short term loans which should be applied for, during drastic cash in hand deficits. Usually, you will be able to receive the loan within a day of applying. These loans are specially intended to help you pay off the emergency bills or unexpected payments that cropped up. Requirements to be eligible to apply for these loans include being above 18 years of age, and a citizen of the country you apply in. Being able to pay back the loan through a stable job is a definite plus. Security, against which traditional loans are given, is also not necessary when applying for quick cash loans. Such loans do not see the difference between good credit and bed credit backgrounds. Anyone is eligible. However, quick cash loans charge very high interest rates on the loan due to the high risk it poses to its lenders.

There are both online and offline companies that offer quick cash loans. Knowing which companies offer the lowest interest rates is a definite benefit when choosing a company to apply for these loans. Knowing exactly how much you will be expected to repay, including fees such as loan fees and penalty fees, will mean you know exactly what you are getting into before you apply for the loan. Going through the fine print in any document you sign is also a good idea. Background checks on quick cash loan providers are also advised.
